Southern Californian at heart, Caitlyn enjoys walks on beaches, sunsets, and a calm afternoon. She chef’s it up in the kitchen, practices Yoga and frees her soul through dance.
When she’s at work, Caitlyn uses her cameras (Canon, Fujifilm, & Olympus) to capture incredible documentary photographs. Her eye built over time through self education and dedication, has connected her with people all over the world.“Violeta” comes from Caitlyn’s late grandma’s name. She would always send hand written birthday cards and every holiday with “Love, Grandma Vi” at the end. A name that signifies, family, community, unconditional love and joy.
She dedicates her craft to her late grandma’s vivacious and loving spirit into all the wedding’s she photographs.

How Would You Describe Your Shooting Style?
Our style blends editorial and photojournalistic approaches. We combine the love of film and digital, often being a fly on the wall, but stepping in for direction when needed. We let your day unfold naturally so you can enjoy every moment while we work to capture it beautifully.

Do You Offer Direction?
Yes! While we embrace candid moments, we also provide direction for portraits and poses, especially for family photos.

Do You Accept a Shot List?
Yes, we encourage couples to provide a shot list for their portraits. It’s important to send this to us at least two months before the wedding.

What Do We Receive as the Final Product?
You’ll receive high-resolution images via an online gallery, which you can share with guests. Depending on your package, you'll also receive tangible items like a 16x20 print or zine.

How Many Photos Will We Get?
Expect 50-100 photos per hour of coverage.

When Can We Expect Our Photos?
Sneak peeks will be delivered within 1-2 weeks. Final galleries are ready within 6-8 weeks.

Rush orders are available for $1,500, with delivery in 10 business days.

How Far in Advance Do You Book?
We book 3-6 months in advance. After we connect and confirm a great fit, a signed contract and 30% retainer secures your date.

Do You Travel?
Yes! Travel fees are quoted separately from the package.

Do You Have Backup Systems?
We have a four-layer backup system. Each camera uses dual memory cards, and images are stored on two external drives, an iCloud storage system, and an archival USB drive.

Do You Offer Payment Plans?
Yes! A 30% retainer is due at booking, and the remaining balance can be split into three payments, with the final payment due two months before your event.
